Terms & Conditions

Free Delivery on  Orders £100+

All trade orders over £100 placed for delivery across the UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands) will be processed with free delivery. Outside of the UK mainland, delivery charges at cost and/or minimum order quantities may apply.

Lead & Delivery Times

Most items are held in stock and are shipped within 3 working days. Delivery can take a further 2-3 days, so most orders will arrive within a week of ordering online. During busy periods , there may be slight delays. If you require your order at short notice, or have special delivery information, please add this in the checkout when placing your order online. If you have already placed your order, simply contact us with your order number and information and we’ll do our very best to meet your needs.

Authority Declaration

By placing an order via the website, you declare the following statement: You are an authorised officer of the business and have been granted permission on their behalf to place orders and submit payments.

Sale or Return

We provide sale or return on our cards. This is done via a credit note system.
Any cards that don’t sell, can be credited to your account, assuming they are in a re-saleable condition and are returned to us. This can be done through your local rep, or alternatively contact us with more info and we’ll be happy to help.

Back Orders & Out of Stock

We endeavour to ensure all out of stock items will be flagged on the site, prior to ordering. In the unlikely event that any items from your order are no longer in stock at time of despatch, we will substitute these on your order.

Spinner Packages & Seasonal Packs

We regularly tweak and update our packages to ensure the best collections possible are available for your customers. Card ranges and designs included may vary from illustrations on the site. Some seasonal collections may have longer dispatch dates if ordered far outside the relevant season. For example Charity Christmas Card packs ordered in February will arrive with shops in the 3rd quarter of the year, prior to the buying season.

Please note, orders for spinners must be shipped direct to your shop or business premise and cannot be sent to residential addresses. 

Order Cancellations and Changes

For any changes to orders placed online, please contact us at the earliest opportunity. We regret that once an order has been despatched, changes cannot be made.

If you wish to add more items, simply feel free to order the additional items via the site, if you add a note at the checkout page we will attempt to combine orders for shipping. If your items have already been despatched, they may arrive separately. There is no delivery charge on UK orders.

Cancellation By Us

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion. This may be due to a number of factors such as, prior agreements with local retailers, systems errors, suspected competitor activity, or for any other reason as is appropriate and necessary to protect both our business and our retailers/stockists. We also reserve the right to cancel orders where insufficient stock is available (and we are unable to contact you on the details you provided); or where one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your payment method as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days of your order.

Complaints and Issues

We take customer service very seriously. If for any reason you’re not happy, please get in touch with our team via telephone, email or the website contact form within 7 days of delivery.

Credit Accounts

We ask that new online orders are paid upfront to open the account. When it comes to your second order, if you’d prefer to pay on account, you can apply to open a 30-day credit account for your store (available only to UK businesses, subject to credit checks). Ownership of Rights

All rights across the website, including copyright of card designs, images, illustrations and text are owned by or licensed to Paperlink Ltd. It is prohibited to use, copy, adapt, modify, distribute or store this website, its contents or any of the designs therein, for anything other than personal (non-commercial) use, without our express permission in writing. Any plagiarism or adaption of our designs, cards, illustrations and language, will prompt legal action to be taken against the guilty party.

Changes to terms and conditions

We reserve the right to adapt, alter or change the terms and conditions of this site and our order terms from time to time in response to changing legal and business practices. Please ensure you check these as often as possible and prior to ordering via our website.

Law & Jurisdiction

Our website, its content and any contract formed as a result of the use of this site are governed in accordance with English law. Parties entering into any such contract are thereby agreeing to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
